It was a little hard to see the instructor which is my only complaint but she did a good job of explaining everything and encouraging us to keep going even during the shaky bits! It was good for beginners in a way that the instructor (Skyler) was helpful and attentive to my form, helped grab me stuff to get set up for my first class and there wasn't pressure from anyone except yourself to work hard! Though for beginners note that it is a tough class if your cardio health isn't 100% because there's few breaks. I'm excited to be back!

But that said she warmed up during the class and was the perfect mix of militant and friendly. We got some laughs in she encouraged everyone by name and pushed us. I’ll be back.
