see all reviewsGreat workout! Instructor was great. He knew it was my first time and made sure I understood. Great explaining the workouts as well and making sure everyone was doing it right. Music was good. Only thing is there was a great warmup in the beginning but not a cooldown at the end. But I was able to stay and stretch afterwards on my own. But it was good. Glad I tried it. I see how people get obsessed with it.
