Soul Flow
see all reviewsI loved lightness of this class, lightness as in light hearted, in contrast to rehearsed yoga meditation, especially for a Saturday morning. It made the class feel like a community during class. The space is beautiful, I almost want to live there. I enjoyed that there were no mirrors, I feel like i focused inward more and stayed present. #BIPOC.. yes please!! I'm definitely coming again.

see all reviewsNice low-key class with abdominal exercises and also explanations of body placement that can translate to other yoga classes well. Helpful to learn how it looks/ feels different when shoulders are open or not. Calm start to the day with some learning and exercise.

She focused on mantras that brought our attention to gratitude, grace and giving! I left feeling open, calm and had a new perspective on physical as well as mental fitness.

see all reviewsLoved Jose he is very detail oriented, gives hands on corrections and demonstrates when necessary. He even took his free time after class to help students with their form and gave them tips on things they could work on at home. I will for sure be returning to take his class again!
