    Kaleena always comes prepared with a great lesson plan, she gives great cues, uses imagery and has a good since of humor. Today we did a lot of side body work and used the fitness ball as well as some 2lbs weights. She always keeps it moving but also makes time for a few stretches in between exercises and gives modifications for injuries as well as advanced progressions. I always look forward to taking her Pilates class and love her 80’s & 90’s pop/alternative play list to.

    The Bridge Mind Body Movement is a ClassPass gem! I recently tried their Small Group Pilates Reformer class, and it was fantastic. Deanna, the instructor, was incredible, offering expert guidance and creating a supportive atmosphere. The studio's commitment to proper training and mind-body harmony is truly remarkable. I highly recommend this studio; it's a fitness haven in the Arts District.

    FFAM Reformer workouts

    Lenise is a true professional and a very positive instructor. She guided us through a wonderfully planned Pilates flow on the reformer that was sequined well together and ended class on the mat. I left feeling strong, confident and grounded. The exercises we did were challenging and I enjoyed that we moved on quickly to the next one to not leave us feeling to fatigued. I also loved her choice in music, no words and just beats which helps us keep the tempo with our movements without being distracting with lyrics. I am excited to come back and try more classes here.
