see all reviewsI love love love Lorenza!! Her classes are thorough but not difficult. You move every part of your body and feel every single muscle. She is calm and very reassuring. I look forward to her class every single time. The staff at Bode NYC are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Gym and locker rooms are clean. My favorite place for hot yoga ❤️

see all reviewsWas here before some months ago but not really convinced for some reason. But decided to give it another and the instructor was great - provided hands-on corrections, as so few instructors elsewhere do, and really checked that you are in the right postures. Will definitely come back! Also appreciated that the music wasn’t loud so that it was easy to hear the instructions - a welcome break from other places.

Overall lots of equipment but busy location and you may have to work in with people if you need specific equipment. Number of lockers also limited and need to bring your own lock.
