    Barre/Toned

I love this class! Kind of a mix of barre, Pilates, and yoga with hand weights mixed in. It’s challenging but not impossible and Karen is so encouraging. The studio is lovely, and sunny and clean and the classes are small.

    Yoga - Adults

Such a hidden gem on the upper east side. My only regret is I didn’t discover this class sooner!!! Our neighborhood is lacking good yoga across the board and most of the studios are hot or heated, which is nice sometimes but not exclusively. I looooove this class!

The instructor is so knowledgeable in Tai Chi, very friendly and very happy. I loved his energy, the space was so welcoming and the instructor is so welcoming and kind. I’m looking forward to more of these classes, I learned a whole lot.

It says taekwondo but it’s kickboxing so might be safe to check with them beforehand if they have corrected this error.
