see all reviewsThis was exactly what you expect from a heated yoga flow - all levels class. Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.

see all reviewsOver this class was great! I burned a lot of calories, around 460 for the one hour workout. I felt very welcomed to this class and I also really enjoyed that every move was not only described, but the instructor gave a visual example. I’ve gone to several yoga classes where instructors will just call out a move and not explain and when I was a beginner, this was really stressful because I didn’t know if I had proper form or not. I would 100% go to this class again.

I think the teachers here really only focus on physical yoga rather than spiritual enlightenment. Was read an excerpt about how people who hurt us are like sandpaper making us polished and then rendered “useless.” Sat wrong with me that we are focusing on spitefulness during savasana. If you are someone who only searches for stretching their body- great class. If you’re working on moksha however- it might be a counterproductive experience for you.
