Definitely still feel it the next day! Heads up this class is heated and it gets HOT. The mats are smaller side and the room is tight but not a huge deal. They provide everything you need and the cool towel at the end is sooo nice. Will definitely be back!!

I don’t normally get to them because they’re early, but if you want endurance weights and actual discipline/proper technique in your ride, she’ll make sure you get it. FABULOUS instructor.

see all reviewsThis was my last ride with Diego and it was filled with deep happiness and incredible sadness knowing he will not be teaching at the Pasadena Soul Cycle. Although Diego didn’t know me since I rode through ClassPass Diego had a special place in my heart. It started a year ago when I was curious about the Taylor Swift Tuesday rides and this was how I grew to love spinning and exercising again. Diego not only curated the most amazing playlist but made those 45 minutes fly by. The energy he would bring to every class was uplifting and made me so excited to see what he had in store for us. Also every time I would take one of his classes it would literally heal my body and soul. I will miss you greatly Diego but I wish you luck in your new chapter!!

Like, can we talk about that flawlessly planned playlist that had me in my feelings and my quads Also… pronounced my name right on the first try. That alone deserves 5 stars and a standing ovation I would describe the energy as motivational icon, a playlist sorcerer, and magic. I absolutely loved class and will be back. Class was super fun with a great playlist, challenging but had tons of opportunities for modification/amplification. Studio is nice and had a smoothie/drink bar as well.

Not only is she so much fun, but she makes the class a full interactive experience. For our last song, it was a full blown rave rocking out to Lady Gaga with flashing neon lights she conducted.
