see all reviewsInstructor is good but music is way too loud. I could hardly hear her and I was very close to her. Also very fast paced, like 2 steps ahead of everyone in the room. I understand wanting to push everyone but maybe give people a chance to get to a pose before you call out the next one. I’m not a beginner but it made me think if there were beginners there they would be lost

see all reviewsThis class was the pace I really wanted. I felt welcome and really appreciated the instructor Nacera. Front desk did not greet me because there is self check in and a lot going on but it felt warm and inviting anyway. A few people arrived after class had begun. I’m glad people were able to come in late because I would like to be given that grace myself if it were to happen in the future. I liked that the instructor acknowledged even the late arrivals and how she introduced herself by name a few times. I learned a lot from participating in this class since the focus is explaining. Parking was a dollar in the back lot.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved Kiera’s class. She mentioned it was her first day, but I wouldn’t have noticed had she not said so. Her instruction on form was very helpful (lots of instructors at other studios don’t mention/critique form hardly at all), and the flow of the class/cadence in her voice was authentic and natural. My only critique was the music choice. A little too distracting. One instrumental, soothing song played during Shavasana that I loved and wished a playlist would have been based off of that song. Other than that, PHENOMENAL class. 👍🏼

Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

see all reviewsChristian's classes have always been good, but he's been really stepping it up recently. It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.
