She is an incredibly knowledgeable and attentive instructor who offers variations for all skill levels, making the class accessible yet challenging for everyone. We used a variety of props, including resistance bands, magic circles, Pilates balls, and weights, which added great versatility to the workout. Susan places a strong emphasis on warming up properly, ensuring our muscles are stretched and ready to prevent injuries. Her thoughtful approach made the session both effective and enjoyable. The facility itself is beautiful, with plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and energizing environment. One of the best parts is that Susan provides all the necessary props, including yoga mats, at no extra charge—so you can simply show up and focus on getting a great workout. I highly recommend her class to anyone looking for a well-structured and engaging Pilates experience!
