The space feels luxe but inclusive with modern changing rooms, showers and lockers (with charging ports inside). There is also a warm up area for you to use before the class with a guided warm up on the TV. Small towels are provided and an additional cool, scented towel is given at the end of your session for your face which was a nice touch. I will definitely be coming back in the future to try out some different classes. Highly recommend Strong Pilates! 🤍

Les exercices sont très variés, on sent bien son corps travailler et mention pour Ben qui est un super bon coach et pourtant j’en ai testé des concepts et des coachs dans Paris. Très encourageant, bienveillant et malgré le fait qu’il semblait y avoir beaucoup d’habitués, il a pris mon prénom et n’a hésité à adapter les exercices et les charges si nécessaire, au lendemain je n’ai pas de blessures ou de courbatures anormales. Je reviendrais sans hésiter!! En plus sa playlist est de très bon goût ☺️
