This is really rare when there are so many people in the class. you could tell she really cared. see all reviewsI’ve done hot yoga and (normal temperature) pilates, so I thought, ‘I got this’… I didn’t. Eileen was great, she would show the moves, cheer us on, correct postures, give adjustment and also check in with newbies, like me. She really did cover the whole room with her presence, which can be difficult in a bigger class. I started to feel very unwell, Eileen made sure to check on me and advised me on how to acclimatise after the class. It was super hot, sweaty and tiring, but just because of Eileen, I want to go back and improve. There was a great selection of sequences, it flowed like yoga, great exercises to get your core strong, I’m sure that I will feel this tomorrow. The class was full of regulars, which is a testament to the addictiveness of Eileen’s energy and class imo.
