If that isn’t a rave review, then I don’t know what is 😉 he’s personable, articulate, outlines workouts to pace yourself, offers modifications for anyone w injuries, challenges you and makes workouts fun with his music and energy. I initially thought treadmill running would be rendered obsolete as the weather improves, but I honestly feel like my runs were better and faster when I was going to MHRC frequently, lol. That means I’m definitely going to be incorporating MHRC into my spring and summer training.

see all reviewsYou run however long you want in 45 minutes and meet everyone back at the cafe for coffee/snacks. Great way to get a workout and socialising in! They also do other night workouts on Mondays and Thursdays that are more structured.
