I did dance as a kid so I had some basis for what to do, but she didn’t even talk about foot or arm position or proper posture until I asked if I was in the wrong level. After checking she told me some people stay in that class for roughly 9 months before progressing to beginner, so keep that in mind.

First you fill out their intake form with your info and then the masseuse (mine was named Joy) will take you to your designated room. Traditional Thai massage was 60 min and the masseuse will adjust the pressure accordingly if you feel it is too much. I selected medium pressure and it was just right. I do a lot of yoga recreationally so the massage stretches were not painful for me. Overall, it was a relaxing atmosphere and worth the money. I would definitely come back and try the other types of massages they offer that are not listed in Classpass. #classpassinsider

I wasn’t sure what to expect going in but Mariia explained everything, starting with going over my entire skin/face routine followed by walking me through what she would be applying on my face. She was able to assess my skin, something I’ve been struggling to do on my own, and give me fantastic recommendations per my skin needs. She wrote me a full plan of what to apply on my face and how to treat to once I left the appointment, and also asked me to send her the products I use at home so she can review ingredients to make sure they are right for my face. The relaxation part of it was just an added bonus to top off an already amazing experience. I got some great advice & will definitely be returning again in the future. Highly recommend!!
