I was hoping for a yin class (active stretches for deeper connective tissue release), but this was much more of a restorative class (total prop support for the body to relax, passive movements). It’s a slight difference but definitely noted! I didn’t really feel the stretches the way I usually love with a yin class, but I did feel quite relaxed so it’s ok! :)
