    HOT Pilates 60 w/ music

Good challenging mat Pilates class in a rather dinky old school venue. Was pleasantly surprised. Instructor was a bit difficult to hear - wish there was a better “front of the room” for her to show the moves in. Space is very tight though - lobby feels unnecessarily large. The workout space barely fits the 10-20 people in the class (long and narrow room). Change room/bath room situation feels like a college bar with people sandwiched in line to make use of the facilities (could hardly walk by to grab my stuff from the cubbies). No lockers or anything. Need to BYO mat and towel which is expected and clearly stated on their page.

    Foundation Flow

My husband and I recently attended our first session at Hot Yoga Wellness, and we had the pleasure of joining Corrianne’s class. Her pace was perfectly balanced, making the class both accessible and challenging. The flow of poses felt natural, and I really appreciated how she took the time to correct my form with care and clarity, which helped me feel more confident in my practice. What stood out the most was the inclusive and welcoming environment Corrianne created. Whether you are new to yoga or more experienced, she makes sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. We left the class feeling refreshed, grounded, and excited to come back. Highly recommend her classes.

Instructor is very kind. Lovely open space that doesn’t feel too hot even though it is very stuffy outside. You can definitely feel the burn during and after class. Some notes is that it would be a lot easier if the instructor was facing the mirror so we can see their movements and follow along. They could still see us through the mirror. As well, there is a lot of fuzz and hair on the ground. It could by the type of flooring, but the dust and hair sticks to them. I noticed because a lot of it got stuck to my pants, so the cleanliness could be improved. Overall, it was a good class.

Only recommendation to take it to the next level is to consider a blanket over top of the legs as it gets quite cold in a tank top (which you need to be in for the service - which totally makes sense).
