    Regular instructor didnt show up but Mike came pretty fast to replace him. Intense class, combos of 6-7 moves which can get pretty confusing if youre a newbie. Cold, lemon-scented towels are a nice touch but lots of plastic wrappers being used. And while free cold water bottles are a great touch, that again, is a ton more plastic waste. Lose the bottled water and encourage people to use water bottles as they have a filtered water station. Great work out and good swear. Youll be sore after!

You spend about half the class punching boxing bags with different moves and the other half of the class with weights and calisthenics.
