    Vinyasa Flow - Heated

Johanna has such a calming voice and lovely reminders throughout class to breathe and let go. The flow is always balanced with stretching/strengthening and core work, and practicing with her leaves room to just be in the present while she radiates simple positivity. It's always a joy to be in her classes. Thank you, Johanna!

    Postnatal Mom & Infant Yoga

Great class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

Mackenzie was so great. She was very thorough with the instructions and demos. With my recent injury, she provided modifications throughout it the class for me and continually checked in. The classes at the circus center all seem to be fairly small, which makes it super easy to get feedback. Learned some good cues and exercises for increasing my mobility. Would recommend!

    Outdoor Power Yoga

Loved doing yoga outdoors! Beautiful location, but the directions of where exactly the class was held were vague. Another attendee had to wander until she found the right group. I wish I had been before class to told to wear sunglasses as the sun was in my eyes the whole time. The headphones worked great except they got in the way for some poses. A sports team ended up playing worryingly close to us. The teacher was kind, went at a good pace, and I enjoyed most of the poses, but some of the direction was confusing and the teacher moved around so it was sometimes hard to look for her to see a demonstration of the pose.
