    Postnatal Mom & Infant Yoga

Great class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

    Vinyasa Flow - In-Studio

So happy to be back at this studio after many years of living on the other side of the Bay. Hayley was a great instructor. I was sad at the end to learn she won’t be teaching at that studio as much because she moved to another part of the Bay! :(

It has been years since I’ve been to Nandi and I forgot how amazing it is there! Wendy is still a fantastic instructor (if not even better than I remember). The pace, the challenge, and practice was just what my hips and mind needed.

    Postnatal and Baby

Jane is an angel sent from above for us mamas and babies. it’s a great way to transition back into yoga after delivering six weeks postpartum. Majority of the moms have babies that are six weeks to about 4 to 6 months. Many moms stop attending once they have to go back to work. It is a great way to socialize in a very supportive community with other mothers who are in the same stage of life as you. We work on poses that we want to focus on. There is never any pressure for you and your baby to be perfect. Jane also offers hands-on assistance with your baby if they are getting wiggly and you would like to have time to yourself to practice yoga.
