    Candlelight Heated Yin

This class was exactly what I was looking for. Think of it as a lightly heated restorative yoga class where you hold a each position for about 2 minutes with the use of props (blocks/sandbags/blanket) to help you really open up into it. I also really enjoyed the instructors music choice. I often find the vinyasa classes at this studio to be a bit too loud but I found the volume in yin to be appropriately tempered

    #HipHopWednesdays WeFlowHard Vinyasa Yoga

Candlelit yoga in a blacked out room heated with vinyasa flow. Sweat Sesh. Kendra is a great instructor. Definitely need a little background in yoga as there are several "yogis choice secrions" which you might get lost in the sequence if you aren't familiar with it. Has a soul cycle studio feel. Malin and goets products, scented candles, branded Mitch. Only one shower which you can sign up on the list for before class. You can rent mats and yogi toe skidless towels. There is a water fountain.

This Studio is so cozy it was perfect for a cold Sunday night. This was my first time here and taking Beth's class - she lead us through a great class with poses that were challenging at times but had a nice restorative section before savasana.

Fun and intense class with lots of focus on bag work- Kirras playlist was awesome too! It was my first time taking the class and found it really easy to catch on (which isnt to say that the class itself was easy!) definitely left feeling I had a great workout.

    BlacklightSpark

This was a good class. The folks at the studio were really lovely, the studio was cool, particularly the blacklight, mats and towels are included, they have an innovative studio entry / exit system, nice showers, all of it. I didnt love the hip hop during class - never enjoy that during yoga - but otherwise quite good. The flow was FAST. Very fast. Gotta know what youre doing. Also, the room felt hotter than your average hot yoga studio.

    WOOOM Yoga Experience

Not a traditional yoga class. I really like the spiritual talk, blindfolded section, and sound vibrations at this place, I dont come here so much for the yoga. Free mats to use, and free health elixir shots at the end add a nice touch. Sarrah was friendly and welcoming, but kept getting left and right mixed up.

Great class. Heated nicely, not too much not too little. And I really enjoyed Jena's style and the flow of the class. The facilities weren't great, if you want to refill your water you have to use the bathroom sink. But I will be back for the class.

The class was relatively small on a weekday evening. I like that we had more room to move around with the small class. Emily was friendly and very clear in her instructions. Ill be revisiting this class as it enabled me to get a really good stretch throughout my body.

Love Heather’s Restorative class. Very relaxing and she does a good job of changing it up every class. It is a little hard to actually fall asleep bc of the street traffic noise but it’s still a great class that helps to destress.
