    Sui Deep Yin 75

This was a special class and probably one of the best yin classes I’ve taken at sui. I feel so relaxed, grateful and inspired right now. The music was amazing and the teachers voice suited the class perfectly. Thank you for this class. 10/10

    Some Like it Hot

Really nice practice and music, with a great instructor. Typical vinyasa flows, lots of core/bridge poses and a shavasana with cold (I think eucalyptus or lavender?) towels. Up one flight of stairs to get in, the studio is clean and gorgeous with a large room and low lighting for the class. There are pre-assigned spots for mats - you can't choose your space via ClassPass, I was stuck by the door which I didn't love. But also for your first class they give a free mat plus two towels for your face and mat. The temperature felt hotter in the room than other similar studios I've been to, but they opened the door a lot.

Everyone was huffing and puffing after! Great workout. Odd clicking sounds in the room. Also. Some people, before the class started, were talking so loud! Not quite the chill environment I love about Y7

AUTHENTIC MAT PILATES CLASS! Madison genuinely is the best instructor I’ve ever had. She knows Pilates. And knows exactly what she is doing. You may think it is easy, but her class is sneakily challenging. Simple moves but with a twist. She really cares about your form which is the most important thing about Pilates. Will always go to her 9am Friday class

Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!

    FLOW

Awesome instructor, relaxing class. At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
