    Sui Soul Flow

The session today is easily top 3 Sui experiences for me. Izzy opened the class with nice warm ups that felt natural before diving into two main sets of flow: (1) on the mat followed by (2) standing up only where we work our way to final stretches and laying on back. Lots of intentional side openers and holds with breathwork that break out of the typical sun salutation. Izzy always gives a lot of cues and clarifies the subtle rotations needed for the moves. I feel like I learn something new about a move each time. Great style for intermediate yogis. Thanks.

Some Like it Hot + Candlelit

Love Nicole’s class! She puts a lot of effort and thoughts into class - candles, lighting at the end, cool towels over eyes at the end.. love it! Great Thursday evening class!

The best instructor & class that I’ve ever taken! It was my first time at Y7 plus practicing any yoga in almost 2 years due to a medical condition. I let Zoe know before class & she made me feel safe right away. Highly recommend!!

Loved Madison’s energy! The class was great as it started slow for good integration to the heat, we moved through SO many plains of motion and all different positions. She reminded people to take breaks and take water which felt really inclusive. Great playlist, vibe and space is beautiful! Would love to see the studio offer a shorter express class format for people who need less time in the heat but still want to get a drip in - I’d be there all the time!

Thank god for this instructor opening the door and keeping it open halfway through class. The one thing about corepower is it sometimes gets way too hot to focus on form or your breath and having the door open helped immensely. Not every workout needs to be heated to 95 degrees!

    FLOW

Awesome instructor, relaxing class. At the end of each sequence we flowed on our own with no instructions which I usually don't love, but there was great cueing and modifications given overall. Lavender cold towels are handed out at the end of class. Just know if you don't bring a mat it's a few bucks to use one.
