I felt like I was learning and not just jumping into something I didn’t belong in. The flow was light and was focused on untying the knots in each chakra. Relaxing yet energizing class.

I called them to confirm that there weren't any extra charges due to a review that was left and I can confirm the service was fully paid by the class pass credits and I left a tip that's separate. my massage was given by Regine who was very thorough and towards the second half, almost put me to sleep lol! The location is so peaceful and you can't tell from the outside but it's a pretty big space once you walk into the inside portion which has a beautiful waterfall decor along with trees in low lighting that make you want to stay there all day. There is a changing room, a shower area, and a Sauna! There's a separate area for men too (I only saw the woman's section). Will definitely be going back!

I had Cece and she was super lovely and really helped to massage the whole body out. The hot stone experience was also really nice. She made sure to do check-ins so that I was comfortable!
