see all reviewsI’ve taken several Sun Moon classes and this was by far my favorite. Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

see all reviewsOmg I really love this place. The ambiance was everything. Everybody was helpful and sweet. The Infrared Sauna was the best, I sweated a lot and felt so much better afterwards. My skin was glowing. Ricardo was so nice and treated me right. I will definitely be back. My new favorite place. I didn’t feel rushed either which makes me really appreciate them even more.
