    Alia had amazing energy. I was tired all day long. Ten minutes into class I was jumping, dancing, yelling, so full of energy! Amazing! Also kudos to the live dj who I think is also controlling all the lights. The black lights were so fun :)

    Excellent! Just what I needed! I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain and hip tightness. Hailey stretches me out in 20 mins explaining what she was doing as she was doing it. I also asked lots of questions which is key to getting 100% out of this experience. I immediately feel better stretched. The trick is how to incorporate this into my daily life. Still working on that.

    ZOOM Ballet Calm

    This class is really a treat! Evita is very clear with verbal cues and her movements. She's encouraging, calming, and super nice. I'm no ballerina, and the no-impact slow movements got my heart rate up. I especially loved the arm/carriage exercise at the end. That section was only five minutes but my shoulders felt the burn. Looking forward to another class!
