Victor is an amazing instructor and I really enjoy this studio! One continuous issue that prevents me from (personally) taking more classes here: this locker room is the one of the most insanely chaotic spaces I have ever been to at a studio. The layout is tight so anticipate everyone to be on top of each other and fighting for room/resources. Would recommend avoiding it and storing stuff or showering elsewhere if you can, especially during prime class hours.

The teacher was kind and helpful, the class is geared towards intermediate/advanced levels but she didn’t make me feel bad when I wanted to skip certain poses. Dharma Yoga has his own variations for poses, so be prepared to try something different. At the moment there isn’t any water available to drink so it’s best to bring your own water. The space is beautiful and colorful with a lot of big windows, so you get natural sunlight. Will definitely come back again!
