I really enjoyed this class! The instructor had great energy, kept everyone motivated, and the class flew by. The workout was well paced and engaging from start to finish. My only suggestion would be to offer heavier weights. The heaviest dumbbells available were 20 pounds, which felt a bit limiting for lower body exercises. Other than that, it was a fantastic class, and I’d definitely take it again.

    IN PERSON Katonah Yoga

Most incredible / fascinating / deep body work type of yoga I have ever experienced. Highly recommend everyone trying this at least once. This will absolutely become a part of my weekly routine. Jason was wonderful and such a great instructor on every level.

    Hatha

One of my favorite yoga classes in the city. Invigorating yet intentional, this class will have you feeling light as air as you drift down the salmon-colored staircase. Eddie is an excellent teacher whose Sangraha practice combines poses, breathwork and krias for an instant mood and body boost. The studio also shares the space with a Ganesh Temple, which is exquisitely decorated. Can't wait to come back.
