    Joshua is awesome today. He tried something different and focusing on slower paced higher resistance. It’s a refreshing change. Hope he will do more of these focused rides. Maybe next time focusing on few more tracks of weights. Or endurance or speed. Loving it! He’s a great instructor very detailed in explanation and a lot of options for beginners and advanced riders. He has higher energy nowadays and tries to connect more with his riders which is great!! Thank you for a great workout!!

    Awesome awesome awesome class. Super tough challenging class but really satisfying. Energy was good and fun and many interesting moves and combos. Very fast routine and great music. JM is great too. Much tougher than the previous class I did with her. There were other instructors in the class so maybe she increased the difficulty which I appreciate.     Cheyenne watches out for her clients (which is very thoughtful imo) - whether you’re physically okay or if you’re in the wrong form. She corrects your form if it’s incorrect and goes around the room to exercise with you (instead of just shouting some random motivating sentences). She’s bubbly yet firm, which is a good mix! She knows when and how much she can push you. She may be a new instructor but do not skip on her! Would defo attend her class again! 10/10

It’s totally different from rhythmic cycling but I think it complements your workout well if you like to do regular rhythmic cycling.     Good class! Standing flow leading up to the splits peak pose was challenging and instructor kept us working in splits by holding for a couple mins. Instructions were clear and while instructor didn’t go around adjusting, she did remind about and point out a lot of potential bad habits in each pose which was really appreciate. Newbie to the studio but didn’t feel lost — that’s how inclusive LC’s practice was. Would recommend. :)

    Jayne is a lovely instructor - firm, somewhat no-nonsense style yet gentle and generous with guiding the students into the correct postures. Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

    English isn’t his first language but he did it in English and the instructions were sufficiently clear. Big up to him! Overall dude was very attentive and went around to correct and provide cues as we went through fundamental movements. Plenty of encouragement. It’s more tiring than you think especially when you engage all the right muscles. Would totally recommend this class to anyone looking to try Olympic weightlifting in a safe environment.     I really liked it! Temperature was just nice, not sweltering. Class was tough because of long pose holds (as expected) but very good. Also, there was an inconsiderate person in class who kept using her phone, but I was glad to see that Sean had a strict no-tolerance policy for phone usage and repeatedly asked her to leave. Gotta put your foot down when it comes to such dodos!

    Julie is very attentive and caring. Especially she tries to correct wrong postures, arrangements and habits even during group class so compared with other instructor’s class, her session is more close to what is meant to be pilates not just group exercise.
