    Hybrid Rebounding™ - Level I

    Hubert’s classes are always intense which is good at least i like it that way. However, i think instructions could be clearer when changing exercises/moves. I feel a little lost sometimes. Takes a while before i get those moves. If moves are explosive but i am lost, some time is wasted there thus making workout less effective. Nevertheless his class is still great just feel like this is an area that can be improved: the instructions giving and transitioning. That said i actually like Rus’s class the most, cos his instructions and timing are always on point. Pity to see no class of his this month.

    Attended the bumps & bubs class with my baby. Shums was super patient, knowledgeable and accommodating - she’s also great with kids (she was entertaining the babies while the mums were doing their sets). Absolutely recommend this place for both pre- and postnatal workouts. Baby and I loved it!

    Not my first time doing FloatFit and I always love it because it's super fun yet challenging with the cardio, strength and balance workout all in one! Just feel that they can extend it to 1 hour instead of 45 mins though to allow more time for cool down, always feels a little rush. Also felt a little disoriented this time because the instructor was alone so it felt as though she couldn't cope with setting up & keeping all the floats and taking attendance etc. Overall, I still enjoyed the small class size that day and various options given to suit different fitness levels.
