I think the class size at HV is just right where the instructor is able to go around to adjust your form quite a bit. Unlike traditional pilates that go by reps, they count down for each move (like HIIT). The cold towel at the end is a nice touch. :) Can consider coming here if you’re looking to switch it up from your usual pilates, but maybe won’t recommend anyone totally new to pilates to start here (would be better to start with traditional pilates to get your form right first).

Perhaps she can try experimenting with the order in which she gives instructions or add more preempts so we know what to expect or how to transition to the next move.
