    Barre Mixed

Workout was not super intense but really directed at internal muscles (felt the burn the next day). Instructor was really good and corrected our postures throughout the class (ouch hahaha 🤣). Studio space is also really pretty and homey! Will be back :)

Sore n' Sexy Saturday (Signature Class)

Due to small class size of 6, trainer was able to give constant individual attentive and correct our form. Environment is very clean and it's airconditioned, with lockers and gloves are provided. Good mix of kickboxing drills on the box with dumbbell/bodyweight exercises. Kickboxing is fun!

    Shadow boxing

Aidah was really pumped and enthusiatic - when the instructor is THAT high, it (99%) always means a great class! There were clear segments building up to a fun "sparring" session followed by a good stretch to cool down...Pretty good flow that maximised the class duration. The shadow boxing sequences were easy to follow but still works on power, coordination AND memory (which I had none of, tormenting my poor partners during the sparring segment - SORRY TO ALL OF YOU >.< ). All in all, an enjoyable workout in a jovial communal atmosphere! Oh, last pt: the class was livestreamed (not sure if ALL are streamed or not) but being a clueless noob first-timer I din realise until halfway thru warmup and basically made a fool of myself in front of the camera with my spot right in front of the "front" mirror, to the left of the instructor. Avoid the front row if you are camera-shy!

Terrence is a v encouraging instructor!! The class was fun and upbeat; casual but definitely still hard work. Glad to have learnt more technicalities behind kickboxing and improve my skills :) I definitely sweated BUCKETS. Bring your bottle, no need sport shoes.

    Pilates & Core @Novena

I'm so glad I pulled myself off the couch when the weather was so good. Super work out! Enjoyed the pace. And the 45min was just right for me. Do note that you have to keep your mask on till you get breathless. You may remove your mask when you're warmed up.

    Core Strength + Endurance

The session consists of short MT sets to practise, alternated with regular burpees/pushups/sit-ups and the likes. They are not particular with form, so perhaps not the best for first timers. The team is very welcoming and warm, and the other class participants are helpful and encouraging. Great atmosphere, makes you want to go back just to hang out. There is only one toilet stall and two shower stalls, so if you have access to a toilet before, go first.

Nathan was a great instructor, and we really enjoyed the class! We did PT (skipping and jogging) for the first 10 mins, after which the class was very focused on boxing techniques! A good work out - highly recommend!
