see all reviewsLove love this class but lately they’ve been leaving the sliding doors open when it’s hot and it makes the workout so much harder. I’ve started to feel ill from the heat in the room. It would be great if they left the doors closed when it’s hot.

see all reviewsLovely instructor as always. Really makes you feel in charge of your own experience. The one thing I’m wondering if they clean the mats after each class - it doesn’t feel like it there’s always like crumbs or things on the mats and I think if they aren’t going to clean them, they should have participants wipe them down at the end of each class for sanitary reasons.

see all reviewsCorinne is one of my all time favorite instructors!! I’ve attended her megaformer style classes at a different studio so it was nice to see her in a new element that’s aligned with classical style Pilates. She brings the heat to her classes so they’re just challenging enough without pushing you over the edge. Can’t wait to see how her classes evolve! Definitely will be back!

see all reviewsGood class!! Ashby has a great vibe about her, seems like a really nice person, and it was a unique vinyasa flow with a relaxing yin flow at the end. (Vinyasa included: all variations of warrior poses, standing splits, high plank, side plank, tree pose, goddess pose etc.) Didn’t feel crazy long. Studio is very clean and pretty and they provide mats so no need to bring one. They don’t overcrowd at all which I really appreciate. They also have lockers which are free to lock! Keep in mind it’s pretty heated :)

RHYTHM SCULPT
see all reviewsFirst time at this studio… first let me say that the space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was very clean and organized. The front desk staff and instructor were very kind and welcoming. The rhythm sculpt class is sort of like mat Pilates which is usually not my thing… but it was surprisingly a fun class that gave me a good sweat. Definitely more low impact/intensity but that might be perfect for a rest day when you want to just move your body. I’ll definitely be back to check out the other classes!
