see all reviewsI drove an hour and a half just because I saw Andrea was teaching at this location (I took her classes at Los Gatos before I moved & was so sad to see that Los Gatos closed down💔). Andrea’s first night class at DTSJ was amazing. She has the best music, she’s hilarious, & so motivating. I’ll drive through Bay Area traffic to take your class any day Andrea!!!! Parking is a bit tricky because it’s off of the Alameda but you should find some nearby. There are lockers, restrooms & cycling shoes. It’s a full body workout & I’d definitely say it’s beginner friendly!

see all reviewsMarina is one of my favorite instructors at SPENGA. She gives very clear instructions and demos before and during each rep. She also walks around and corrects poses when necessary and provides modifications to poses that might be more difficult. This was my first time taking a rep class, and it was a nice twist to SPENGA’s usual sessions with a focus on strength training. I would definitely take this class again with Marina!
