What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

see all reviewsLove the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

They offer a variety of amenities to maintain cleanliness and comfort. You can definitely tell it is woman owed and operated and I absolutely love it! The signature barre class is great for beginners (like me) and I definitely felt challenged and but still was able to keep up. I will definitely be back!

It was my first time using a Pilates machine (I think it’s called a Reformer), and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Nicolina. She didn’t lead like a drill sergeant which tbh was what I was expecting. So I was very relieved when she turned out to be friendly and helpfu!! I appreciated most that she walked around to observe us and also adjusted our forms as needed.

I read a lot of the reviews stating nobody helped them set up, get familiar with equipment, etc. But my experience was totally different. I arrived 25 mins before class started & the nice lady at the front desk helped me get set up. She gave me cycling shoes, showed me around & took time to set up the bike & show me how to get on & off the bike properly. The class itself was so much fun. Maggie was so great & encouraging & pushed you but also let you go at the pace you were comfortable with. I will definitely be back!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

The instructor was also really nice and helped me get set up on my bike. The only thing I would say is that I wish we could have more time in transitioning, especially to yoga, because my heart rate was still very high from the strength portion, and it would’ve been better to feel more relaxed heading into something like yoga. Regardless, it was still a great experience and I would definitely come back!

I did have a lot of fun and the instructor was extremely sweet and supportive. I plan to take this class again sometime soon!

I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was given a quick tour and shown to my locker (which had my name and a personal welcome message!) Isaiah was the trainer and he was phenomenal! His energy was through the roof from start to finish and it was evident that he knew his stuff! Great workout and beginner friendly for those new to boxing and easy to enhance for those who have boxed before. Highly recommend!
