    All Level Flying Pole

This class was sooooooo fun! Vix was super patient and encouraging, provided different options depending on flexibility/pole experience, and we covered a lot in the class. Being solid in your pole climbs and having spin pole experience is definitely needed for this class!

    Lower Body Release & Maintenance

Ashe covered a lot in this 2 hour class. We did some foam roller exercises and also incorporated other props that targeted other areas of our lower body. This is a great addition to my circus routine since I don't really give sufficient attention to proper maintenance exercises after training.

    Pole Level 1

Love the teacher - so cheerful and vibrant! However, I recommend that the studio state that first timers wear shorts for the class. Myself and others in class did not realize this
