see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class- lots of cardio and core work with light weights and a band. There were some fun ballet moves throughout and all beginner friendly. The only tough part was the only fan in the room was off the whole time so it got hot. Overall, a great class!

see all reviewsThis class was so FUN! Meghan was so welcoming and encouraging. She kept acknowledging my effort since this was my first class, made me feel really good. That being said, it was tough. Just tried to get into the rhythm today but excited to do another class. One hell of a cardio workout and good music :) plus it’s in the dark with cool lights and disco balls so you don’t feel self-conscious—nobody can see you 😂

It’s a tough workout but I like how it’s not hard in your joints. I definitely recommend adding this to your workout routine. I usually weight lift but this workout still made me push myself to my limit in a good way.

see all reviewsThe studio is actually front facing but the map said it’s on a corner. I went around and finally found it. Oh my god I love my instructor. I got 1-1 with him. He fixed my posture and this whole time I thought certain moves were done correctly but apparently they weren’t. Highly recommended! I’ll come back again and bring friends!
