    I absolutely loved this class! I am a beginner so I don’t have much to compare the class to. I did choose the earliest class with Mary and she was so welcoming and helpful. As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!

    I took a 6am lower body workout and really enjoyed it! I definitely would say to read all the information she provides as the location is hidden but easily found once you read the directions. There is a lot of parking! I personally just started working out again so I am a beginner but despite that I felt very comfortable as well as included. Because I am a beginner she did inform me of different ways to achieve the exercises in order to not over exert myself. I really appreciated this as I was able to do lower impact workouts while still getting a good workout. She is amazing at explaining every exercise as well as making sure to let you know if you need to improve your posture when completing the exercises. I really appreciate this as someone who is a beginner I am usually always a bit lost when exercising and struggle with my posture. Overall I really enjoyed taking her class and would highly recommend taking her classes!
