Among the many offerings on Classpass, this is one of the few where the instructor takes the time to learn everyone's name and knows people's fitness progress well enough to hold them accountable when they aren't pushing themselves, and I think that contributes to the reason why there's a fairly consistent group of regular attendees. The class is small enough for the instructor to keep an eye on everyone's form. Whether starting on a fitness journey or further along, this is a really supportive place. Baker Fitness is a gem.
