see all reviewsCarmen was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable and energetic. She was very beginner friendly, but also catered to the intermediate and advanced dancers! Super fun! I would definitely love another opportunity for her as an instructor in the heels dance class at Richmond Urban Dance!

VMFA Community Yoga
see all reviewsI absolutely love yoga at the VMFA, but I wish this class could be an hour or two earlier in the summer, or only have these classes in spring and fall. It was too hot in even in early June and it seemed like people were struggling and slipping on their sweaty mats. Andrew is great and encourages the group to take breaks to get a sip of water but I think maybe a few more restorative poses might help balance out the challenges that heat and sun pose for this class.
