    Michelle O. is one of the best group instructors I’ve ever met❣️ And I’ve taken many group style workouts from Barry’s to F45 to Barre3 and CorePower Yoga. Michelle is a top-notch instructor. I took 2 of her classes-Bootcamp Barre and Myobility. Her instructions were clear and she made it easy to follow along. She was bubbly with a glowing positive vibe. She sprayed lavender on towels for the Myobility class. I later found out she is the founder and creator of Myobility. Everyone can benefit from taking her class…Move it or Lose It!!!
