Jessanya gave great hands on assist and reminded everyone to adjust to their own variations. I felt amazing after the class and can’t wait to come back next Saturday! I am healing from a herniated disc that caused sciatica (I’m in my 20s) so it was a very difficult phase in my life where I wasn’t able to ambulate my entire left side of the body. Now that I’m healing and getting back into light physical activity, I took it easy and tried my best and built tolerance. It helped as her poses and activity are easy to follow along! I’m glad I took this class as a beginner!
