Great workout! Great pace, I felt like I worked hard, but had fun too. We did a bunch of different exercises, using different machines, weights, medicine balls, kettlebells. Thanks De’Angelo!

    VINYASA YOGA - KAYLA

The instructor was really nice, had good energy and poses! I think this is a gym thing/may be because they looked like they were under construction but the walls were a little thin and we could hear music playing from outside which was a little distracting. I'd also recommend bringing your own mat because I didn't see any spray/wipes available to clean the gym-provided ones.

    SPIN

The ClassPass schedule was wrong, and spin wasn’t offered at 9:30AM on Monday. The staff was awesome about it. I ended up doing an upper body hit class, and loved it. Total ass kicker. Will definitely go back.

    Spin

Debora is great, led the class with great energy and clearly enjoying herself with singalongs! This is my first time spinning and I felt very comfortable and she was very encouraging. The Sunday morning class is usually small, today we had 4.

    HIIT

The class was very fun and challenging. I give it a 5 stars. I wish that the trainer would look at and assist the attendees in doing the movements correctly. Because of a recent back injury, that's what I am interested in more. I have been working out at home and I want to attend some classes to learn how to do the exercises in good form.
