I’ve been coming to her classes for a few weeks now and I feel very different about my practice. I improved a lot. Her hands on assists are super helpful and she is aware of all the levels of the students in the studio. She offers something for everyone and is very inclusive. I want to end with a thank you and that I am very grateful.

    Pilates Reformer/tower

If you're ready to get humbled—in the best way possible—Yael Levy's Reformer Tower class is the one to book. Yael is a master of precision. She's incredibly detail-oriented, consistently correcting your form with a sharp eye and a kind-but-tough delivery that makes you feel seen, challenged, and instantly improved. Her ability to break down each movement step by step, while guiding you to truly understand which muscles should be firing (and when), is a rare skill. It’s like she’s painting with movement and muscle—every cue is deliberate, every correction effective. The pace might feel slow at first, but don’t be fooled—your muscles will be shaking like a leaf in a wind tunnel. Bonus surprises? The jumpboard was present the entire time, however there was not as much jumping as this horizontal cardio Queen would've liked, but it was incorporated in such a creative way that the entire reformer felt reimagined. And just when I thought I knew the Pilates ring, Yael had us use it in completely unexpected ways that targeted deep, often-ignored muscles. It was a full-body education. I left feeling like a slightly wobbly, thoroughly worked Pilates princess—humbled, yes, but strong and aligned. If you're looking for a smart, challenging, form-focused class that expands your movement IQ and delivers results, this is your sign. Highly recommend.

It’s understated what a gem addition Randi is to the roster of classes. Her class is well-paced and gentle yet challenging; and has really helped with enhancing my mobility post-injury after a few weeks. Very grateful.

    Reformer Pilates/Open Level

Loved it. This was my second class with Seda and this one was definitely more core and abs focused which was exactly what I was looking for. ATP I’ve done reformer Pilates at Solidcore about a dozen times, BodyRok once and Ridgewood Pilates 3x. I prefer RP as the class isn’t dark and I like that the instructors pay attention to your form and continually do corrections so your getting the most out of it (I’ve had both hands on and off corrections). It’s also fun. The other students are focused as well, but every now and then we break character and someone makes a joke. It keeps the class light and fun but always challenging. My new go-to booking for core days.

This is a challenging class that really tests my flexibility and strength. Bill is a wonderful instructor and provides variations to the yoga poses to help strengthen the arms, shoulders, and core. There are a lot of inversion in this class and I am unable to do them, but I am slowly working my way towards them. I definitely feel stronger than before.

Everything about this class was amazing! It was intense as it should be. But the instructor was very sweet, kind and considerate to me being a beginner. I love that it’s a small class and specifically tailored to women. I can’t wait to go back again!

Jordan is phenomenal. She helped me jumpstart the passion I have for dance and was super instructive about the breakdown of each section of the dance. I’m not classically trained or anything but seeing her describe some of the moves made me really want to learn more. I thought the advanced beginner class was the perfect speed for someone who kinda sorta knows the basics and wants to expand on their cognitive dance skills. Studio is stupid cute too. Highly recommend!
