    Tati is incredible. I had so much tension and pain from strength training and just working out with heavy weights in general.     Don’t let the term “Slow Flow” fool you into thinking this class is just easy or whatever. The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor. Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and transparent, and her fluid class structure engages the entire body.

    Michelle is the highest level professional. This class is great for maintaining your body fit and keeping it challenged. There are many levels of difficulty depending on your capacity. It is never easy even after 6 months. In the first class, I could do only 70% of the whole program with mini breaks, now (after 6 months) I can do 90% of advanced options. Feels good to see progress.
