I love Cheyney’s energy! A foundations class is by no means “easy.” You will absolutely work, but I like having the option to take a brief moment transitioning when I’m unfamiliar with the move. Cheyney also offered every opportunity to level up in a modification so this class is great for every fitness level!

    Stretch & Recover

Tati is incredible. I had so much tension and pain from strength training and just working out with heavy weights in general. Ever since I incorporated her stretch class, my mobility has increased and overall I feel so much better. Highly recommend taking a class with this gem or doing her body adjustment!

    Slow Flow Vinyasa

Don’t let the term “Slow Flow” fool you into thinking this class is just easy or whatever. The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor. Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and transparent, and her fluid class structure engages the entire body.

This class was amazing, Melissa is an incredibly friendly instructor. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I felt welcomed and at ease. Her warm demeanor and encouraging words created a positive atmosphere that enhanced the entire experience. As a beginner taking my first yoga class, her expertise and guidance helped me deepen my practice, and I left feeling rejuvenated both mentally and physically. I highly recommend this class to anyone seeking a supportive environment to explore yoga.

    Barre Fit (in-studio)

Michelle is the highest level professional. This class is great for maintaining your body fit and keeping it challenged. There are many levels of difficulty depending on your capacity. It is never easy even after 6 months. In the first class, I could do only 70% of the whole program with mini breaks, now (after 6 months) I can do 90% of advanced options. Feels good to see progress. Thank you, Michelle!
