    Hot Yoga

This class was great. Its probably a good idea to have some yoga basics down and experience a 1-hour hot yoga class before attending this 90-minute sweat fest. The floor is concrete so that was great compared to other hot yoga studios around VR experienced with carpet. Class on Saturday morning was really busy so get there a few minutes early to claim a spot.

    Yin

If you know me at all, you would vote me least likely to cry during a yoga class (or most things). But that is exactly what happened tonight during Savasana in my Yin yoga class... getting all teary just because the experience was beautiful and blissful. There's something so pure and angelic about Kady and her crystal bowls and soft chanting/singing... like if you ever imagined crawling into the arms/ lap of an ethereal maternal presence and being soothed, you would chose hers.

Great class! The class regulars were very welcoming and helpful in getting me set up. They even told me about other classes to check out, the variety in schedule and other meet ups outside of the training center.

Wonderful, knowledgeable instructor. I shared an on-going injury I have, and she included several exercises similar to what my physical therapist recommends for it during the warm-up. She also gave great cues and modifications throughout class.

    Hatha

I’m still a beginner at yoga, but I walked away from this class amazed at some of the positions I was able to do, thanks to Lauren’s clear and comprehensive instructions, modifications and encouragement. She treats everyone in the class like you are just the person she was hoping to see/practice yoga with this morning. Lauren is the owner of the studio, and has assembled a great crew of teachers, with a variety of practice styles. I’ve been to two other yoga studios (along with Radiant) this past week and Radiant blows the other studios out of the water. I’ll definitely be purchasing a membership to Radiant.

Loved that she tailored the class to suit my energy to a more slow paced hatha style class. Clean and welcoming space. The door downstairs does lock at 6:15 if you are going to the 6:30 class. Call the studio and they’ll let you in. Looking forward to going again.
