Wild Reed Flow
see all reviewsCorrine queued the class so well and created a supportive environment throughout class, and I left feeling rejuvenated. She modeled poses as she moved around the room which I appreciated and the class was a thorough and challenging Vinyasa flow but could have worked for newbies as well as more experienced students. Highly recommend this instructor and class!

see all reviewsI have yoga'd many a place and the new BodyRiot building might be the best studio I have ever been to. The place offers so much with great variety, a clean space, and friendly welcoming staff. As for the flow today, I really enjoyed it. The progression felt natural. Each flow modification built onto the next and my body felt strong, warmed up, and ready to expand past my limits. Lindsay dropped some lore about the moon at the end of class, which was cool. I would have loved to have her layer the moon lore throughout the class and tie it to the moments that we were experiencing, rather than just as parting savasana thoughts. Lindsay had good peojection and presence around the room - making sure the class felt seen and acknowledged, but I would have loved to have seen her offer adjustments or assists to take us deeper and empower us in our postures.
