I’ve had 3 others here and they are all great but it’s refreshing that Caitlin encourages you to do what is best for your body to challenge yourself but still be able to sustain the movement for the whole sequence. Not too hot, but warm enough to relax and deepen into the restorative stretches. The instructor also had a great energy and an awesome playlist. The teacher was fun, the space was clean, I liked the hot girl playlist, and the colored lighting was nice to get into the right headspace for pushing through those hard reps. The class is high energy and will whoop you in a good way! I am a bit out of shape and struggled to keep up the whole time, but I still really enjoyed it and am hungry for more (: This is a heated class- warm enough to get a good sweat but not stiflingly hot. I really enjoyed it but the heat and bad quality of microphone/incredibly loud music took away from it. Next time I will bring my loop earplugs or wear the earplugs they do supply (thanks!) but I’m afraid that I won’t be able to hear the instructor with the already muffled and quiet microphone.
