    Good gym - sometimes they ask to sign their waiver again which shouldn’t be necessary if class is already booked via ClassPass. Also front desk will often ask to see the app to make sure it was booked — would be nice to be able to leave phone in the car and just bring the smart-watch like some classes.

    I took the 9am Pound class with Jessica and the following 30min strength/ HiiT style class. I love pound, it’s such a great cardio workout that has you going so so many squats and lunges without thinking about it too much (you feel it later) also the fact that you get to hit things as hard as you like without going to jail is a nice bonus… lol

    Would recommend this for anyone that loathes traditional dance/group fitness classes. I'm in pretty decent shape and this kicked my booty haha (But still very doable for beginners) Overall it strikes a great balance and feels like an real dance class and not just side-touches and jumping jacks to music! Mia is a delightful and talented instructor. The lighting is fun, the atmosphere is whimsical, the whole thing felt like a party. I’m hooked!

    Carri e’s class was perfect. Small enough for her to spend time with each person and work on form. Great for exercise using the basics. They had gloves and wraps, but if you have your own definitely better to bring them.
