    Corri was great!!! Loved her energy and motivation. Excellent focus on form and maximizing the work. FEEDBACK FOR KARMA- consistently the majority (75%~) of the excercises in the cardio round are squats for hot hiit. Everyone loves a squat but them being the majority of hiit intervals consistently is repetitive and not necc! There are so many good excercises that work the lower body and get heart rate up and also provide variety!!

    Love this gym. The space is not only big, it's wide, so it's easy to space out, find a spot somewhere to workout where you're not seen or in someone else's space the entire time, and just feel secluded. In a good way. The lights are dim and calming, in my opinion. I prefer this gym over Union St. or Chestnut, which are smaller and everyone can watch you workout. I'm usually in and out of those locations, while this one makes you feel comfortable to stay a while.

    Ankit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor!     Enjoyed the class and liked that you could scale it based on how much weight you used. Instructor is really involved and watching everyone’s form to correct if needed. Love the emphasis on choosing the weight you want/feel is best, whereas most gyms/fitness classes push you to always go heavier.

    I've been to many different circuit training and HIIT studios around the world but this is the only studio I know that incorporates jump rope. Believe it or not this was the hardest! It was easy when I was a kid but as an adult it was awkward getting back into it and hard to continue jumping ropes!!
