see all reviewsAwesome class and super nice teacher. She is fast paced so I wouldn’t recommend this teacher to a first timer or a senior person that may need assistance with pose alternatives. My feedback would be to provide a bit of instruction of what the Qs are and what to expect or how to listen for the option levels of each pose for first time students. Also, to assist students throughout the class when they need an alternate pose. There were a few of us who needed something a bit easier and we were just sitting there without a clue or trying to stay in the previous pose. Other than that, if you know your poses, go for it. Regardless, the teacher was great and I left less tense then when I went in. although exhausted, it was a great stretch!

see all reviewsI love how hot the studio is and I REALLY enjoyed the spicy massage at the end! I will say the description said beginner friendly and it was not. I’m about beginner-intermediate but it was hard.

see all reviewsChelsea was awesome. First time attending and will definitely be back! Incredibly relaxing, focus on mind body connection, deep stretches, and controlled breathing. Meditative, calming, and a great way to end your day.
