She gets the best out of everyone but can read the class well and leaves those alone that are newer or shy. Very female-empowerment and I will absolutely be back. A note because I was a little confused: this is the same as the highly regarded “Hip Hop Dance class with Destiny” you see others review :)

Yoga is helping tremendously. I've always been type A and my workouts have been running, hiit, spin and weights. I am learning to exercise differently as I'm in my 50s and "going hard" no longer serves me, mentally or physically. Kate's class is a great, challenging workout!
