Presley’s attention to posture detail and steady coaching will instantly get you comfortable on the bike. The concentration on small improvements in posture ensures you are training safe AND strong! This is a great class for anyone of any age or skill level. For those that have done spin elsewhere, this class is a whole new experience. No numbers or metrics- your only competition is yourself; are you ready to work?. The later focus on breath work and expanding your lung capacity helps to start the day with calm and intention. As for music style, Presley is very eclectic and blends the best of every genre. Indy rock classics such as arcade fire, classic 70’s classic like Fleetwood Mac, hip hop favorites from Kendrick and pop chart toppers like Brittney, Sabrina, Taylor, Miley and more. It was my first time there and I was scared of the treadmill, but she did a great job explaining everything and making me, as well as several other new folks, feel comfy. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was only 62 degrees in the space. 🥶 But, I’m usually a hot yoga kind of girl, so take that with a grain of salt.

PBT is so welcoming of everyone and all types of people. I am out of shape, 35, AuDHD, and struggle with combinations/timing/working memory. Those things have always made me too afraid to try ballet again since college, but I am so glad I did. Adrian is a wonderful teacher. He is so kind and funny. All the staff I have interacted with at PBT has been amazing so far and I am so grateful that this programming exists.
