I like that even if you lose the beat there is no judgment and she is super motivating at all the right moments when I want to give up. Oh, and her music taste is ELITE, she ended the class with Ariana Grande and Gracie Abrams and it was exactly what I needed

Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

Michael's energy and enthusiasm were contagious, making the workout both challenging and enjoyable. I don’t feel like it tones anything if you’re actually into building muscle. You would probably need a higher level class. The $16 socks are also ridiculous and unnecessary for that level of class. There was no risk to safety if you didn’t have them…. If you’re going to make people buy/bring them they should be less than $10. I didn’t feel like there was much of a value for the class at all. It’s nothing like solidcore which can be great for many ppl but it didn’t feel like a workout at all.
