Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

I’ve been to plenty of yoga classes before but don’t practice regularly. This was the first time I really feel like I had my breathing in sync, definitely thanks to Hanna’s expertise and cues. I was familiar with yoga so moving through the poses wasn’t difficult, but if you’re a beginner knowing the names of the moves, the instructor calls out may be kind of challenging.
