    (Sound Session) - 1 PERSON

I recently treated myself to a sound bath session at Allora with Amanda for my birthday, and it was incredible! Amanda's thorough pre-session consultation set a calming tone, and the sound bath itself was pure magic. The soothing vibrations helped me relax completely, and I felt rejuvenated afterward. Amanda also provided thoughtful insights during the post-session discussion. This experience was the perfect birthday gift to myself, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

This was a fun class and the two coaches had seamless transitions and didn’t miss a bit. I think the co-teaching might work better if both coaches had similar teaching styles? PBT is so welcoming of everyone and all types of people. I am out of shape, 35, AuDHD, and struggle with combinations/timing/working memory. Those things have always made me too afraid to try ballet again since college, but I am so glad I did. Adrian is a wonderful teacher. He is so kind and funny. FIGHT (Boxing)

I loved this class!! Such a fun switch up from the usual, and I feel like it worked some muscles that often get ignored (personally). I saw some negative comments about the music selection which I totally disagree with - I felt like I was able to keep in sync with the beat. I also saw some comments about a lack of breaks, which is technically true, but this class is somewhat “self-paced”, so you’re able to slow down and give yourself a chance to catch a breath, if needed.
