see all reviewsI am very, very satisfied with the Suspend and Mat Pilates class! They really focused on core strength, and I felt the burn in the best way. Super fun and energizing. The instructor made it engaging while still being challenging. The teacher was also really attentive to form, which made me feel supported and safe throughout the workout. Definitely one of the most enjoyable classes I’ve taken. I’ll absolutely be going back!

see all reviewsI had a really great first class with coach Jonas! He walks you through each sequence and would occasionally help and fix your form. I also enjoyed his playlist, it made it easier doing the exercises. Not gonna lie, the class was tough, but I felt great afterwards. Will definitely be back!
